• Check in time 2:00 PM – Check-Out Noon.
• Quiet Time is 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• Speed limit is 5 MPH.
• All sites only one camping unit & 2 vehicles 8-person limit (maximum 4 Adults) 
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Smoking is prohibited inside any cabin.
• An extra small trailer may be stowed at site for a fee – ask owner.
• No parking or driving on grass.
• No loud music at any time.
• All RV and tent sites are to be always kept clean.
• RVs must be mold and mildew free.
• No working on vehicles
• Avoid using electric heaters in the winter.
• No outside refrigerators or freezers.
• Clotheslines are not permitted.
• No dog outside kennels or fencing
• Feel free to stay up all night around the fire, just don’t disturb your neighbors.
• No Fireworks allowed on our property or neighboring properties.
• Riding of gas A.T.V.s. Minibikes or Scooters are allowed to be driven into and out of park only, not all over within campground. (Golf carts may be used by adults with mobility limitations) 5MPH.
• Campfires allowed in fire pits only. Do not bring own firewood unless purchased at a WV store and must be wrapped to limit pests and disease into our woodlands.
• Wood is available for purchase. Contact Ted 304.590.8046
• It is against WV State law to burn trash.
• Cutting of trees (dead or alive) and shrubs prohibited. Any property destruction will be charged to customer at owners’ discretion.
• Washing of any vehicle is prohibited.
• Place trash in provided dumpsters – Please close the lid.
• Pets must be kept on a leash. Pets must never be left tied up unattended.
• Per our insurance policy – Aggressive breeds not permitted – Pits Bulls and mixed pit breeds, Dobermans & Wolf Hybrids – Prohibited
• Guests are responsible for their pets’ actions.
• Clean up after your pets. There is a max of 2 pets per RV. If more, please gain pre-approval from park management.
• Cabins – Pets allowed – Max 2. $3 dollars per pet, per day.
• Rule violations constitute a request to vacate property. We will provide one verbal warning and a second warning in writing and the third warning you will be asked to vacate property.
• All rates are subject to change without notice.

CANCELATION – REFUND – LATE FEE POLICY

• Reservations require prepayment – Major Holidays only.
• 15-day notice required for refund (30 days for Holidays). Less a $25 admin fee
• No Shows: Will be charged in their entirety.
• Since camping is an outdoor experience, we do not give refunds for the discomfort of nature or power outages.
• No refunds for unused days
• Late fees are $10 per day and after 30 days RV will be towed at guests’ expense.

From the Lawyers and Insurance folks:

• Guest releases and discharges the Lazy K’s Campground LLC, from all liability to, for all loss or damage and any claims of demand therefore, on account of injury to any individual or property resulting from the Guest’s or any of the guest’s children, family or friends, participation in the Lazy K’s Campground LLC. Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Lazy K’s Campground LLC, arising out of Guest’s participation in the Lazy K’s Campground LLC, whether caused by negligence or willful act of the Guest or any other person or persons. Guest hereby assumes full responsibility for the risk of bodily injury, death or property damage relating to or arising out of Guest’s participation in the Lazy K’s Campground LLC. NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASONS

It is in violation of West Virginia law to abandon vehicles. We the establishment have the right to tow any abandoned Vehicles, Recreational or otherwise. Ref WV ARTICLE 24A – 24B
